10 Athletes Awarded "Panasonic Sports Scholarship" for preparing 2022 Asian Games and 2024 Olympic Games

The Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) and the Shun Hing Group jointly announced the 10 awardees of the "Panasonic Sports Scholarship Programme" (the Programme) for Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games and Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Under the Programme, each of the awardees will be received a 32-month subsidy of HK$345,600 in total from January 2022 to August 2024 supported by Shun Hing Group. The Scholarship offers 10 athletes financial support to better prepare for the qualifying competitions and possibly in the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games and Paris 2024 Olympics Games, through financial support towards specialized coaching services, the cost of their local / overseas training, medical assistance and other items that would assist the athletes.

The 10 awardees are Ms. CHING Siu Nga Jessica (Athletics), Mr. NG Ka Long Angus (Badminton), Mr. CHOI Chun Yin Ryan (Fencing), Ms. LIN Yik Hei Coco (Fencing), Mr. CHIU Hin Chun (Rowing), Mr. HO Ian Yentou (Swimming), Mr. HO Kwan Kit (Table Tennis), Ms. LEE Ho Ching (Table Tennis), Ms. CHONG Eudice Wong (Tennis) and Mr. Oscar COGGINS (Triathlon).

Shun Hing Group hopes the Programme will assist all scholars to focus on their training and better equip themselves. Let's cheer for all athletes and wish them to break their own records and strive for excellence in Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games and Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
