Shun Hing China Investment Limited (SHCI)

Shun Hing Group set up Shun Hing China Investment Limited (SHCI) as early as in 1992 to catch the economic growth in Mainland China. Since then, it has invested in various business sectors including real estate and manufacturing. Subsidiaries were also set up in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing to engage in trading business and manage the Group’s own properties.

SHCI owns and manages a number of Grade A properties across Mainland China, including Shun Hing Square in Shenzhen, Citic Plaza (office units) and First Choice Apartments in Guangzhou, Shanghai Square in Shanghai and Henderson Centre in Beijing; SHCI also participates in various property development projects in major PRC cities, such as Jing Guang Centre in Beijing, SCE Plaza and Life Hub @ Daning in Shanghai, Life Hub @ Hangzhou, Citic Plaza in Guangzhou and The Regent in Xiamen.

In Hangzhou, SHCI joins hands with Panasonic Corporation to operate a factory to design and produce electrical kitchen appliances of modern design, high quality and reliable safety standards for consumers.
